For employers

Find the Lightning developer you actually need

Every developer on Zaplance is verified through the Lightning Developer Bootcamp. Stop sifting through unqualified candidates — start with a pre-verified pool.

01

Sign up with your company details

Create an employer account using LNURL-auth — Lightning-native authentication that requires no email or password. Provide your company name, a short description, and your website URL. Your account will enter a pending state while we verify your company.

Note: We ask for basic company info so graduates can make informed decisions about who's reaching out to them.

02

Get verified by our team

Employer verification is a manual step — we review your company details to ensure graduates receive outreach only from legitimate companies. Verification typically takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive a notification when approved.

Note: Verification is how we protect graduates from spam. Verified employers unlock the ability to send interest signals.

03

Browse the directory

Explore the full directory of verified Lightning developer graduates. Filter by skill (BOLT-11, LDK, Core Lightning, LND, Nostr, and more), cohort, availability status, and work type (full-time, contract, part-time). Every profile shows real portfolio projects, skill tags, and cohort credentials.

Note: All graduates completed structured Lightning training. You're browsing a pre-filtered pool — no need to screen for basic Lightning knowledge.

04

Signal interest

When you find a developer you want to connect with, click 'Interested' on their profile. Write a short message (up to 280 characters) explaining why you're reaching out and what context it's for — general interest, a specific bounty, or a full-time role. The graduate receives an email notification with your company details and message.

Note: Graduates control the conversation from there. Rate limits prevent spam: up to 10 interest signals per week per employer.
