Zaplance is a curated marketplace for verified graduates of the Lightning Developer Bootcamp. We exist because Lightning is hard, and companies need developers who actually know it.
The problem we solve
Finding developers who truly understand the Lightning Network is hard. Generic job boards are full of candidates who have never opened a channel. Most “Bitcoin developers” have never written an HTLC.
Employers need a single, trusted place to find developers who have been through structured Lightning training and can hit the ground running.
What we built
A marketplace anchored in verification. Every developer on Zaplance is a graduate of the Lightning Developer Bootcamp, verified via invite code issued by cohort organizers. No noise. Just signal.
Graduates build rich portfolio profiles. Employers browse, filter by skill, and signal interest directly.

Origin
Zaplance was born out of frustration watching talented Lightning bootcamp graduates struggle to get noticed by the very companies who needed them most. The bootcamp proves capability. The marketplace makes that proof visible and actionable.
The platform grows automatically with every cohort. As the Lightning ecosystem matures, so does the talent pool — and we will be there to connect that talent with the companies building on it.
